Our Expertise
BACA is a national cheer and dance organization that creates access, exposure, and advancement opportunities for athletes by connecting community-based programming with collegiate and professional pathways.
BACA offers year-round private coaching, clinics, camps, and championships designed to elevate athletic skills, build leadership, and foster meaningful relationships for ages 5–18. Our coaching staff holds certifications from national governing bodies and brings proven professional expertise to every program.

Our mission is to advance culture, access, leadership, and excellence within cheerleading and dance by creating pathways that empower athletes, coaches, and communities nationwide.
What We Do
1. Athlete Development & Performance
We deliver structured training that strengthens technique, teamwork, creativity, and competitive confidence — preparing athletes not just for the next level in cheer and dance, but for leadership on and off the mat.
2. Youth Engagement & Community Impact
Through camps, clinics, and events, BACA fosters environments where young people can grow socially, emotionally, and physically. Our programming prioritizes cultural representation, inclusion, and equitable access to quality athletic experiences.
3. Facility & Event Experience Design
We partner with organizations, schools, and sports teams to design engagement infrastructure that enhances youth and fan experiences. From co-hosted camps to game-day activations, BACA helps venues and partners create impactful, memorable programming that strengthens community bonds and develops youth pipelines.
4. Strategic Partnerships & Activation
BACA collaborates with community partners, professional teams, educational institutions, and youth-serving organizations to integrate cheer and dance into broader athletic and cultural initiatives — bringing dynamic engagement, visibility, and participation opportunities to diverse audiences.
5. Event Support Services
In addition to programming, BACA provides event logistics support, certified judging, competition production, and mat rentals — enabling others to host high-quality, professional cheer and dance experiences.
