Regan Hales is a transformative force in the cheerleading industry and a leading architect behind the national growth of Stomp and Shake Cheerleading. As Founder and CEO of the National Stomp and Shake Cheerleading Federation (NSASCF), she is building the competitive and developmental infrastructure needed to elevate this culturally rich style into a fully recognized sport.
In her role as Co-CEO and President of Strategy at UFIT Cheer and Dance Inc., Regan drives innovation through equity-centered programming, elite athlete development, and pathways to higher education through scholarships and strategic partnerships.
At the BACA Coaches Conference, Regan will challenge attendees to think bigger about the future of cheer—exploring how culture, structure, and leadership can be leveraged to expand opportunities for athletes and programs alike. Her keynote will deliver both vision and actionable insight for coaches and leaders ready to evolve.

Marques Zahir brings a powerful blend of business acumen and mission-driven leadership to the world of youth sports and community programming. As Founder and CEO of Aimly, he has helped organizations across the country unlock new revenue streams through innovative, performance-based fundraising strategies.
With a background in executive leadership and financial services, Marques has built and scaled high-performing teams while driving operational excellence and sustainable growth. His work extends beyond fundraising—focusing on financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and equipping leaders with the tools to build programs that last.

Michelle Boldman is a dynamic program builder and collegiate coach leading the reestablishment of cheerleading at Shawnee State University. As Head Coach, she is laying the foundation for a competitive program—developing team structure, culture, and a long-term vision to elevate cheer into a fully competitive sport.
With over six years of high school coaching experience, Michelle has produced Superior-rated teams, multiple All-American cheerleaders, and two UCA Camp Championship titles. A credentialed member of USA Cheer, NFHS, and UCA, she has also worked across multiple states providing choreography, judging, and competition consulting.
At the BACA Coaches Conference, Michelle will share practical insight on building programs from the ground up—covering team culture, athlete development, and creating sustainable success at both the high school and collegiate levels. Her session is a must for coaches looking to grow, rebuild, or elevate their programs with intention and impact.
